Sangria Preserves: A delicious blend of orange, pineapple, and hibiscus flowers makes for the perfect summer beverage. Add these preserves to sweet red or white wine and top with fizzy water for instant sangria. It's also a great topping for coconut sorbet.

Apricot Saffron with Cracked White Pepper: Sweet summer apricots enhanced by rich, buttery saffron and delicately spicy white pepper. Unbelievable over vanilla ice cream, but you can also take it to the savory side over lamb, or with garlic and tomato in your favorite tagine. Pairs beautifully with almonds, too! We especially love it on a sandwich with almond butter from Nuttin' Butter

Jujube and Emerald Pluot Butter with Ginger: Jujubes (aka Asian plum, Chinese plum, Korean plum) have been used for centuries in Chinese medicine, in addition to their many beneficial qualities, they also taste fantastic, especially when we add Emerald Pluots for their acidity and texture and kick it up with the sweet perfume of ginger. Fantastic over turkey meatballs, and equally at home in an unexpected thumbprint almond cookie.
